Summer/Winter Season Rates (US$)

Summer:                                        16 Apr – 14 Dec          

Studio (1-2 guests):                     US$65

Winter:                                            15 Dec – 15 Apr 

Studio (1-2 guests):                     US$75

Plus a one-time cleaning fee of US $25

  • For stays of 14 days and over, please subtract 10%.

 

Calculate the number of nights (check the Summer or Winter rates) and add the one-time cleaning fee of US $25.

General policies:

Payment policy: A non-refunadble 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation.

Pet policy: Sorry, no pets.

Party Policy: Sorry, no parties or events.

Smoking policy: Sorry, smoking is not permitted inside. However, you may smoke outside.
