Hello, I’m Kathy. I was born in Dominica but moved to Barbados, where I lived for many years. With a deep yearning to return to my homeland, Dominica – because of my love of Nature and to have the freedom of running my own business, I decided to move back in late 2010.
With a love for arts & crafts and the desire for job freedom, I started my own jewelry business, creating unique hand-made jewelry mainly in copper, brass and beach glass.
My degree in Hotel Management served as a good background when, a few years later, I was offered the opportunity to manage my brother’s property ‘Bluemoon Studio’, for short-term vacation rentals.
I enjoy the beautiful nature of Dominica, simple living, meeting, and welcoming our guests at the Studio.
